Meditation Tips
DO NOT LISTEN WHILE DRIVING!
Remove gum, candy etc. in your mouth before meditating.
If you fall asleep while listening to the CD, it is okay, your subconscious mind is still hearing everything.
If at anytime you need to be fully alert, your subconscious will do so.
Remember, there is no right or wrong way to meditate. Your intention and desire are the most important factors.
Use headphones if possible.
Try to be in an environment where you are uninterrupted…phones, noise, kids, pets, etc.
